Ruden Homes Ltd., was established in Carrigaline as a House Building Development Company in 1991 by two of its Directors John Deane and John Ruane. Under their direction and along with the current board members, the company has achieved a solid reputation within the housing sector.
Nearly three decades later, Ruden have constructed close to 2,000 homes in the environs of Cork City. Ruden have achieved this success by identifying key strategically located sites and master planning same to provide those who live in these developments, with a quality environment in convenient locations.

John has wide experience in the residential construction sector, has a trade’s background and managed all housing projects to-date. John keeps a keen eye on all finishes, which helps to deliver our well finished estates.
Anthony Dinan:
(Non-Executive Director)
Anthony has extensive experience from his many executive roles throughout his career in the construction and allied sectors. He also headed up the former TCH Group (Thomas Crosbie Holdings) for many years until his retirement in 2010. Anthony has served on the Ruden Board since 2006.
Robert Deane:
(Director & Secretary)
Robert is an accountant and has served the company over the last 20+ years. He has held various roles within the company and currently has responsibility for Financial Control. Robert also contributes operationally to the built environment.
Peter Ruane:
(Director)
Peter is a Civil Engineer, this when coupled with over a decade of industry experience gained in both the UK and domestic markets greatly benefit Ruden in the delivery of the built environment. Peter has served the company in various roles to date, including site engineer and contracts manager.
